Notice of potential phone line outages

At Hoppers Crossing Psychology we pride ourselves on a practice that is based around empathetic, holistic and client-centred care, supporting clients from all backgrounds and faiths. We work with a range of clientele including individual, couples, children and adolescents.

We want everyone to be able to access quality mental health and well-being support in a space where they feel welcomed and safe. We also understand that each person’s experiences are unique to them, and some may find that the process of reaching out and seeking help can be quite challenging. This is why we work hard to maintain an environment where our clients can feel relaxed and comfortable, and are treated with respect and dignity.

Our psychologists assist those who may be struggling with a range of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, abuse, addiction, relationship conflict, grief and loss and sleep difficulties.

Our experienced team of psychologists conduct their practices using a number of different methods that have been consistently proven to produce the greatest outcomes for their clients. Some of these methods include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based therapies, along with many others. With years of training and counselling experience behind them, our therapists will tailor their approach and adapt the right methodology to your sessions based on your individual needs, to ensure you receive the very best care.

At Hoppers Crossing Psychology, sessions are conducted either face to face or via telehealth, giving our clients the opportunity to personally meet their counsellor and feel welcomed into the therapeutic space that we provide.
